Service Agreement at a Glance

1. Who We Serve Subscription-based AI development for SMB owners/operators (≈ USD 1M–20M revenue, ≥ 10 FTEs) with documented workflows who spend excessive time on routine tasks. Not for freelancers, pre-revenue startups, or idea-stage teams.

2. Professional Services & Delivery Model

• Scope: AI agent development via Agency Swarm framework, light UI design as needed, multi-backend deployment
• Kickoff intake within 1 business day of subscription start
• One active workflow per subscription; add a second subscription for parallel streams
• Vrsen builds from scratch only — no modifications to existing codebases
• Integration with existing systems is in scope; modifications to those systems are not

4. Satisfaction Refund (Replaces Prior Guarantee Structure)

• If unsatisfied within the first 30 days, client may request a refund of unused prepaid months (months 2 and 3)
• Does not cover work already performed, third-party costs, or services already accepted
• Refunds processed within 15 business days
• Applies to initial subscription term only

⚠️ Note: The prior performance-based guarantee (Day 90 payroll savings, Day 180 thresholds, agent-hours metrics, and 100% refund structure) has been fully removed in this version.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Prepaid, billed at the start of each Billing Cycle
• Auto-renews unless paused or canceled
• Pause allowed for a maximum aggregate of 2 months total — original billing cycle dates remain unchanged
