1. Who We Serve

   Subscription‑based AI development for busy SMB owners/operators (≈ USD 1 M – 20 M revenue, ≥ 10 FTEs) who already have documented workflows but spend too much time on routine tasks. Freelancers, pre‑revenue startups and “idea‑stage” teams are ineligible.

1. Professional Services & Delivery Model
   • Scope: AI agent development via the Agency Swarm framework, light UI design (as needed), and multi-backend deployment.
   • Delivery Steps:
     1. Kickoff intake (within 1 business day of subscription)
     2. Internal sandbox PoC on dummy data (7-day build target)
     3. Continuous iteration with production dashboards and KPI transparency
   • Note: One active workflow per subscription. Add a second subscription for parallel streams.

4. Guarantees & Client Commitments

✔️ Eligibility Requirements (Client must):

• Respond within 48 business hours
• Run workflows daily on business days
• Log defective output via QA log within 24 hours

📌 Guarantee Scope:

• Applies only to solutions proposed by Vrsen
• Must be built on Agencii.ai, n8n, Clay, or similar
• Must be for internal use only (no external-facing apps or custom frontends)

💸 Refund Triggers:

• Day 90: If payroll savings < USD 5,000/month or < 150 agent-hours/month

• Day 180: If payroll savings < USD 15,000/month

  → 100% refund of Subscription fees

  Third-party API/model usage costs are excluded from refund
