Scope: AI agent development (Agency Swarm framework), UI design, multi‑backend deployment.
3‑Step Process: (1) Kick‑off intake → (2) 7‑Day sandbox PoC on dummy data → (3) Continuous iteration until savings target met, with KPI dashboard transparency. One active workflow per Subscription; add a second Subscription for parallel streams.

Payments & Billing
Subscriptions and Support Plans are prepaid each Billing Cycle. Valid payment method required; auto‑renew unless paused/cancelled (max 2 months total pause). Failed auto‑charge triggers manual invoice.
Data Protection & Security
Vrsen maintains administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect Customer Data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Mutual NDA on all non‑public information. Client owns all new Work Product and Deliverables; Vrsen grants an exclusive, perpetual license to pre‑existing Vrsen Materials included in the solution.
Liability & Indemnity
Each party’s aggregate liability is capped at total fees paid under the Agreement, excluding gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury. Mutual indemnities for losses arising from each party’s negligence or fraud.
